Line Perf 14.2

The very first printings of the 1d were from a single line perf machine gauging 14.2. This is its only appearance in the 1d issue.

First printings were from the left plates, pending arrival of the right plates 10 days later.

This machine was in use for the majority of 1d printings, all colours.
