This format was first introduced for the KGVI 1/0½d. It consisted of four post office sheets, single pane 12 x10.

Note well, that this is NOT the printsheet layout. The stamp image was oriented in landscape from the printers perspective and the watermark was therefore sideways when viewed as a stamp.
